Who We Are

We are a group of dedicated individuals – some old, some new and some in-between - that take pride in our efforts in-game. We strive to improve ourselves and those around us with constructive communication, and recognize this is a team effort where we all have to succeed. We aim to raid effectively and enjoyably through Wrath, while respecting our raiders’ time. We are not looking to speed run, spending hours to shave off seconds from the raid, or conduct split raids to optimize the loot we get.

Community

In addition to raiding, CSM believes in the community aspect of playing MMOs. We are happy to include raider's friends and family in the guild and host a variety of community raid events that are not restricted to main raiders or alts. If you're not quite ready to raid yet, but think you might in the future, we prefer to raid with people we know when possible so please reach out to join.

Raiding

The primary raid focus of CSM is 25 man content. For each phase that unlocks through Wrath, expect leadership to organize 10-man raids for the first few weeks. After the infusion of gear and extra experience, main raiders are free to use their 10-man lockouts as desired. During harder progression content CSM may add Wednesday to the raid schedule below and conduct a raid during the same time window.

Raid Objectives:

• Clear all raid tiers
• Clear all content on 25 man heroic (when applicable) difficulty
• Complete the meta achievement for the mount

Loot System

Items that drop during main raids will be distributed via Loot Council. The Loot Council consists of all the Officers with consults from role leads when necessary, each with equal say in loot decisions.
