• Classic Vanilla

Created back in 2019 in September. It started off as a casual raiding guild where a great social aspect got built up. Raided every phase from Molten Core to Naxxramas, clearing content and pushing things further with performance while maintaining a great community. Countless laughters, endless memes but at the same time always aiming to do better.

Novus focus has always been raiding, whether it was to run a stable 40 man core or run a stable & consistent pug, Novus Pug. To introduce players outside of the guild to raid with us and gearing some alts up while having fun.

• TBC

Stepping down from 40 man raiding team to 25 man, we decided to not break the community & the players up. 2 teams were formed to maintain the large community while new goals for raiding were set. Top 10 on Alliance is the push for each phase, sometimes easier to reach than other phases but it is always the, goal doesn't matter if the competition becomes more agressive.

• Keeping the Guild Strong

In every phase we've been met with the following.

Phase Hype - Server becomes more populated and clearing content first week is important for recruitment purposes. The guilds that push week 1 has easier to recruit where the others, not so much. Novus has always been early with clearing the content & making sure both teams run strong.

Phase Drought - By the mid and end of a phase a lot of people find themselves bored and guilds disband & players quit the guild. Every guild feels it to some degree but Novus has remained strong & pushed through when the droughts comes. Done that succesfully for 3 years & going strong.

• Novus much more than a raiding guild

Becuase of our strong community and long time friends that has been in the guild, Novus seems to always stay strong community wise and that is the biggest strength Novus has. Never reformed, never disbanded & kept pushing, through phase hypes & phase droughts. Many players when they find themselves bored, keeps raiding because they are in the guild that they are in & feel like a family member <3

• Loot System

We've been through a few loot systems & feel like Loot Council has been the obvious choice. While runnin loot council it is very important to remain transparrent & hear the raiders out. If not, loot council doesn't last long & can def sometimes have a bad rep. We run a transparrent loot council that are open to feedback from our dear raiders as well as appreciating the choices one can make in a LC. Having the option to sometimes do the logical choice instead of the fair is essential. And wise versa in some cases.

Mon & Thur - 19:00 - 22:00 ( progression 19:00 - 23:00 ) ST

Novus Pug - Ran on and off depending on how many alts people are running.
