Nilla Wafers is a semi-hardcore guild that has been together since the first day of Classic. Several officers and raiders have 2+ years of experience playing together. Through our longevity we have stability, but we are always looking for the next exceptional player to join our ranks. We value skill and comradery equally in our raiders. The goal is to have a great time raiding, enjoying a lighthearted atmosphere that has been cultivated through the years, without sacrificing an urgent sense of progression at the beginning of new content. Once content is on farm we typically do not attempt to speed run, our end-of-phase efforts are to ensure that we maintain a full roster with a healthy core and bench. We expect all raiders to perform their role at an above-average level and be fully consumed for that role each week.
