About Caustic - Roughnecks | Semi-Hardcore | Loot Council |

Hello traveler. We are The Roughnecks, one of the 4 raid teams with the Alliance Guild Caustic on the server Grobbulus. We are an established raid team and many of us have been raiding together for the past year and a half. Our atmosphere is pretty easy going, however we hold our raiders to a high standard and are always looking to improve and push each other to do better. In the fashion of our guild as a whole we look to strike a good balance between having fun but respecting each others busy lives and getting content done efficiently. We value members that look to consistently improve and push their performance.

• 11/12H ICC (pre buff)

• 50/50 ToGC

Phase 2

• 54/54
• 9/9 HMs + Alg + Yogg single night raid clears.
• Glory Achievements complete

Phase 1

• 17/17+3D (all content completed in 2 hours or less)
• Immortal + Glory complete
• 1 hour 10min speed clear

Raiding Expectations

- 90% raid attendance, with clear communication if you will be late or absent

- Full Consumes, Gems, Enchants

- Have a solid understanding of boss mechanics. 

- DISCORD IS REQUIRED 

- Have a positive attitude and be open to constructive criticism! 

- Required Addons for Raid: **DBM, WeakAuras, Threat Meter, Plater.**

Raid Times and Loot

Raid Days + Times

Because all content is on Farm we only raid 1 day of the week.

Once a second day for Progression is required this will be the new schedule.

Loot System

Our current loot system is **Loot Council with ThatsMyBiS and Gargul**. We use these additional tools in order to keep track of what players have received what gear. We use multiple factors in order to determine where gear goes. You can see those factors below:

• Player Performance
• Player Attendance
• Attitude in and out of raid
• How impactful a particular piece is for a player
• Previous Loot obtained
• Longevity of the the upgrade

Recruitment

For a core Raid spot:

• Resto Druid
• Hunter
• Shaman (Elemental or Enhance)

Exceptional players of all classes are always welcomed to apply and we are always searching for Bench and Rotational players.
