We are a semi-hardcore guild formed in the first few weeks of WoTLK looking to continue raiding throughout the expansion and into the future as we find out more about the direction of Classic WoW.

Being semi-hardcore we have certain requirements and expectations of our raiders to make sure our raids run smoothly as we progress through content at a strong pace in an effort to obtain as much BiS loot as we can.

Our guild operates in a power structure where no officer has any authority over the other and we make decisions as a collective unit through votes and discussion, this includes the guild leader.

For loot, we use a combination of https://thatsmybis.com/ wishlists and loot council to make sure we effectively and efficiently distribute items. The loot council is built from the majority of the previously mentioned officer circle that spans a variety of roles and classes to make sure each sub-group of our raid team is properly and accurately vouched for.

We're 14/14 for Ulduar 10/25 with all hard modes completed.
